As of this writing, the Legacy Christian Academy baseball team is 4-2, and undefeated in Metro Buckeye Conference play. That is the best start in Legacy Christian baseball history.
In their most recent game against Twin Valley South, Adam Newell went the distance on the mound, pitching a complete game, surrendering only two runs in the first inning. He also added a grand slam in the third inning which served as the only runs for Legacy in the 4-2 victory. The Knights had no errors in the field.

As a team, Legacy is leading the Metro Buckeye Conference in home runs, with 3 total, one each from Dillon Campbell, Charlie Luke, and Adam Newell. The team has been anchored by good pitching thus far from Adam Newell, Jonathan Riddle, Ty McEntyre, and Justis Frazey.
In conference play, the team is 3-0, scoring 29 more runs than the opposition. They run ruled Yellow Springs in both of their matchups, with a 12-1 win and an 18-1 win. In the game against Middletown Christian, they had a thrilling 9-8 walk off victory in which senior Jacob Thompson drove in fellow senior Justis Frazey.
